I went here to open an account some time ago, and was supposed to get my ATM/Debit card "within 10 working days" by mail. After not having received it after 14 days, I went to this location to inquire why. They explained to me that they were not going to issue me any type of ATM nor Debit card as if I had applied for a stinking Credit card. My credit is not something I am proud of, but I was not asking for any kind of line of credit, I was only asking for access to MY money. They told me that I would have to just buy checks, or physically come in to their location to access MY money. I call B.S. on this business!!! With everything going electronic, no one accepts checks any more, and not only would they not give my money back that I had deposited, they told me that they were entitled to hold on to it for 90 days (while THEY collected interest, no doubt!). I would rate them with a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS if I could...I've never felt so insulted by a so-called credit union!!! I waited the 90 days and withdrew everything and closed my accounts...I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, EVER!!!!

My wife and I have been with United Credit Union for many years.....we have NEVER had a bad experience with them, the services offered are very good, and the staff is totally helpful and professional. I don't get treated this good from a bank that I've been doing business with for over 10 yrs....I will recommend United Credit Union to anyone.

I have been with the United Credit Union since I was in middle school (I'm 48). Teri and Kathy have always done right by my family from questions to loans and even accounts for our many grandchildren. The professionalism and friendly demeanour is above reproach. Thank you for years of service and I look forward to many more to come. Farewell to Kathy, your advice in the loan department is priceless as is your presence. Walking into the credit union will not be the same.
