I've been with this fcu for 10 years.I 've nevered had a problem and all the staff are awesome. Well I had one minor problem but overall a great banking place.

Closing my account, they keep turning my card off on the weekend within a 2 month period . Turned my card off twice without notifying me and its Sunday, catching a plane Sunday night and the card I had is useless now so pissed off right now. Pearl Harbor federal credit union called me about any suspicious transactions. When I get back on island I'm closing my account ASAP ( I cut that card into pieces to save the me the frustration of this new bank) still very very upset boiling.
