We had a great experience with Creative Financial, my boyfriend's file was denied by a few banks that seemed to have very strict expectations. Many Realtors and Professionals in the Industry told us about Kellie and her experience, vast knowledge and passion towards people. She not only beat the rate we were initially quoted by the banks but she helped us at closing with low fee's. Over the last 5 years, I have gone to Kellie three times because I had confidence and peace of mind that she would get the job done. The first time was a very difficult loan because of a refinance due to divorce and quit claim deed was involved and everything had to be done properly. The second time was an easy refinance and we got it all done in 3 weeks which is unheard of. The most recent last time was an investment property that is a condo/hotel and getting financing for that is a lot more involved and difficult. Kellie successfully completed all of the transactions and I highly recommend her. She even flew to another island to talk in person with the bank to make sure the deal would close on time. If I ever need a mortgage loan or refinance, I would go to her every time.

I’ve been trying to think of the words that would do the Creative Financial team justice, I doubt I will be able to do it because that is how GREAT Kellie, Noelani, and Rhonda all are. There were so many things that I could honestly say if we didn’t go with them we probably would not have gotten our home. I started shopping around for mortgage brokers because our realtor found us a piece of paradise on MAUI, really exciting. We were living on the mainland at the time, so working with brokers and banks was going to be strictly over the phone. I actually started with Creative Financial, I spoke with Kellie for 15-20 mins. She was very informative and volunteered information that would help me find the right fit. I told her that I was doing some shopping and again she offered more helpful info on choosing the right mortgage broker and the things to-do and not to-do when buying a house, I instantly felt comfortable but knew I wanted to continue to do my shopping. After consulting 4 or 5 different brokers and banks I decided that Creative Financial was the right fit, Kellie was the easiest to talk with, (which you do a lot of) and really cared about getting us the best rate possible. We started our process and she laid everything out in a timeline and was the driving force every week getting things done promptly and accurately. She was always going the extra mile too, keeping not just her client (me) inline but everyone that was involved in the process. As closing got closer, bumps in the road happened like in most real estate deals and without hesitation The Creative Financial team, had the solutions before I could even start to worry. It was a great feeling having a team that really had our best interest in mind. It was such a great experience, I feel like we have friends for life now with the team at Creative Financial.
