Regions Bank in Woodstock, GA

First they make so many changes in my account "so they can help me" because all I wanted was for my savings account to be off the Lifegreen market I got charged a couple of times, I got my money back except this time and they tell me they can't refund my money after they did all this changes!!! Ugh!! Very frustrated!!! No wander why people hate this branch and change bank!!!

Banked with Regions for 2 years. Closed account as my job takes me all over the country and I needed a national chain. Regions Bank charged me 2 overdraft fees to my account after I had closed it. Regions Bank did not call or try to contact me regarding this debt, but instead sent it to a 3rd party collection agency. I don't mind paying money that was actually paid, I have a problem with paying the overdraft fees. Regions Bank was unwilling to reverse the overdraft fees. I will never again bank with Regions, over $72.00. I would not recommend banking with Regions. As long as you are a current customer they treat you great. I guess they don't care whether an old customer comes back or not. If I could give negative stars I would.
