Wells Fargo Bank in Snellville, GA

The staff at this Wells Fargo location are friendly and helpful and I was pleased with the service. Sometimes the lines are long on Fridays (like all banks are) but they always work to make sure the wait is not too long and try to assist customers to move it along quickly. Johnnie Camp was especially helpful with my business accounts and needs.

Brandi Daniel and Debbie are the only people in this branch I will deal with! I am a business manager and I come here everyday for my deposit. Yesterday I went thru the drive thru, very abnormal, and the teller tells me my depoit is $35 dollars short. I triple count my deposits to ensure the correct amount is there. So I ask for all the money back and then Go back to my store pull out $35 and bring the deposit back. She again precedes to tell me it is still $10 short. By this time I am furious and just take $10 from my personal account to make it even. So today I go in as I usually do and Daniel was my teller. He is a very nice man and once he counts my deposit he said it was $20 short!!!!!!!! In stead of being rude though he politely offered to count his drawer down and realized he was in the wrong and my deposit was correct. The lady yesterday just had an attitude and didn't offer anything. If I can't be seen by one of those 3 then I won't use this bank! It's sad people don't want to help with your money. I wonder how many other people she has done this way.
