I don't hate this place in particular. What I really don't understand is their way to work as a whole company. They asked for many different things any time that I went to them (at least 3 on 2 different locations). I'm new in America and I get that they want to confirm that I'm legal but they didn't help me much, like a I was asking for a favor.

The ATM for deposits never works and if you deposit at an associated credit union it take 3 to 5 business days.

Oh good grief. Having a checking account here is great. Trying to get any other loan is a night mare.. No one ever answers the phone or if they do you have to make an appointment to do anything. What happened to those wonderful days when there was enough people working and you could just walk in at YOUR CONVIENCE. NOT THEIRS!!!

Friendly staff. Long lines, and even longer waits if you want to set up loans or something. I really wish they had a full size bank.
