Spent one hour there today to link up both my accounts together online. The man told me he did it, everything is working now. I could tell he was lying and didn't know what he was doing. Went home, and sure enough my accounts are NOT linked together. I called to complain, and the next person is giving me the round-abouts. They suck! Waste of my time, and my problem is still not solved, which means I am going to have to waste another hour tomorrow to try and fix my problem.
