I've been here twice...the customer service is just blah...its almost as if they Dont want you there. I live closer to this location but I think I'll start going to another cause honestly the atmosphere is so cold...

I was looking at this bank for someone else, but after reading the reviews I really don't want to take them there. IT seems like the tellers need to be retrained on customer service

seriously the worst tellers i have ever had to deal with. The one at the window was rude and cold. Took 15 min ti finally help me when i was the only car. Made me feel like i had bothered her.

Customer service totally bad. I kept my account for almost six months and today I did close 6 day before of six months ,according Regions to avoid charge, but nobody not explained me about it , I have to keep 6 months to avoid any charge, so I was charged $25.00 for closing my account! That worst bank , service and customer support. When I did open nobody not said one world and nothing in my agreement about any closing. That Regions office you should be shame for greedy!

I honestly believe I had the worst experience only at this location. I will make a long story short, I have a a few accounts with Regions. Two weeks ago I deposited a check in the ATM into a business account next day everything cleared all good. Two days later I find out the client of our bounced the check. I personally call the client to sort it out she made a mistake apologized and fixed it by writing me another check. I go back to the ATM to deposit the check my card says account restricted so I walk into the branch to deposit it, first of all "JULIE" threathened me to make the account positive again or they will close my business account. Which I reply I just made a deposit that you all are holding I can't do anything besides that at this point. I AM told that they want to place a hold on the check. I go no problem. BTW They hold all checks that we got moving forward for at least 5 days because of one incident that was a client's fault and not even ours no big deal right. Here is the icing on the cake a couple of days later I go back to the same ATM to withdraw cash. My card again saying account restricted. I had such a bad experience I didn't even want to walk in the branch this TIME. Instead I decide to call "Marie" from another branch where I originally opened this account. "Alpharetta" She goes through everything and ends telling me that "JULIE" canceled my card and my partners cards Without saying a word to me.... Or getting anyone's authorization on the matter. I hope this can help someone avoid these idiots.
