Astounding customer service!!!!! I usually don't care for reviews but after speaking with Joel from this pawn shop I felt the need to, I usually go to different pawn shops like the ones on buford hwy and the customer service isn't good at all and they're usually packed with 1 person sometimes 2 handling all the customers; Not only that they're very cheap if you're pawning things. Ever since I've been going to Dynasty the clerks are totally awesome with great customer service and they always give me the best offer for the items to pawn. I HIGHLY suggest this pawn shop over any pawn shop in Norcross, GA

Joel and Matt were wonderful. It was my first time in a pawn shop, and I sold them jewelry, I didn't pawn anything...the experience was awesome. It felt like a jewelry store that just so happened to carry other items! Very professional and friendly.

We have bought everything from small and simple, to high end jewelry and luxury items. The stores selection and Matt's great customer service keep us coming back.

These guys are the best!! They really work with you to get the most out of what you're selling. Also they have super nice products for sell. When I walked in I didn't think I was walking into a pawn shop, I thought I was walking into a high in store.
