I called in to ask for help with my account that I wasn't able to get from the call center. The person I talked to was super nice and helpful even though they're not my local bank and I wasn't able to come in person.

I love this place and the people there but I can never get anyone to answer the phone there have been times like yesterday I called more than 6 times but no anwser

This bank is run by a skeleton crew. If you don't believe me go ahead and walk inside. There's one lady behind the counter who is rude and refuses to believe that her actions result in the frustration of her customers. There is one fellow in the office. If you go inside to talk about anything such as a loan or opening an account you'll sit and wait for at least one hour. If you need to call the bank to schedule appointment, go ahead give it a shot. Nobody will answer the phone, they will stare at it. There are about 15 cubicles all sitting empty and unmanned. I will be figuring out how to pull my business account from this politically correct bank.
