Nice workers

This branch gets a F for customer service. They have cost me hundreds of dollors when I started a business account. Sent many emails to the branch with no response of why they feel it's ok to cost me hundreds of dollors. I have 6 account with them 3 accounts in the past 30 days have had fraud Charges on them. Something just isn't right here. Stay away unless you like lossing your money.

worst bank ever. fraud reported on my card supposedly, even when I called in and spoke to 6 damn representatives they still couldn't help me. All I needed was my mobile banking number changed, so that I could transfer the money from the account that I was reported fraudulent so that I could travel home for Christmas Eve. They supposedly couldn't change it, because I couldn't provide them with my new card number AS IF they hadn't just issued it literally 20 minutes ago. They had cancelled my old card and sent me a new one, but am i supposed to fly around until then? ABSOLUTELY HATE WELLS FARGO!!!!!! I am switching banks as soon as the New Year comes.

Please have your atm serviced more frequently. I lived in another city before Newnan and used WF frequently and never had so many issues with an ATM. It never accepts deposits or is always down. This is inconvenient on weekends or after hours when you're closed. Most banks have a walk up ATM as well but yours only has one causing us to have to go to the bullsboro location.
