Very unprofessional and really difficult trying to get in and out. Systems are usually down and they prefer talking among themselves then to their clients. On 3 occasions I have been ignored even when I announce myself.

The branch is Awesome. Great customer service. The branch is on Cobb Parkway. It's visible from Barrett Parkway. But in a shopping plaza on Cobb Pkwy. Hwy41.

I was having one of those days. I left my debit card I was stuck in traffic and I need to pay my loan. I finally got to the branch, and they were already closed and closing out for the day. Instead of turning me away Amanda unlock the door and help me with my with my payment. Amanda was very courteous and did not have to do that she went above and beyond thank you.

arrived at the navy federal to have some insurance documents notarized. the doorman first questioned the legitimacy of my documents, then proceeded to put the notary stamp directly over my signature so that the documents would be voided. I now have to get the documents resigned and notarized, but i won't be doing it here.

I absolutely love this credit union! From their kind hearted staff to the ease of processes. This place is fantastic! When I got approved for my refinance, the guy was genuinely happy for me. I would recommend this place to anyone!
