Jason went above and beyond my expectations. I refinanced my home with Jason. The original lender had done things that made my loan complicated. Most people would have given up, but Jason worked diligently to get the problem solved. He kept me informed, was available to answer all my questions, and never made me feel that I was being a pest. He explained the process in detail and kept me in the loop. When I learned about the problem the original lender had created, I felt very discouraged. At times, I felt defeated. Jason kept encouraging me and constantly assuring me he could get the problem solved and my loan would go through. All I needed was patience. The loan went through just as he said it would.
