BB&T in general makes it hard to pay them. If your debit card doesn't have the same address from your drivers license you can't pay with it! Wasted my time.

I get my work support checks in this banks name. Just walk in with my drivers license to get my money. Love it! Not like wells Fargo that charges 8 dollars if u don't have an acct with them

Customer service is so bad. I hate I started banking with them! I will be looking for a better bank.

Customer Service so bad, and they rip you off. If I have money in my account to cover mu purchases, and use my debit card. The money should automatically deducted from available balance, you can't tell me that it doesn't do that and take 3-5 days ro process, so if you make another purchase it will cause you to overdraft becauae they haven't processed transaction. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!
