I have had nothing but poor customer service with all Wells Fargo Branches. Particularly this one, every time I visit the drive thru, all customer service representatives are ill mannered and rude. When I walk in, all counter service people are rude and ill manner. The lack of consistency from person to person is incredible. One person tells you one thing, a second another, the customer service manager does support either one. All the Wachovia branches before being turned into the garbage that is Wells Fargo were better, friendlier and more helpful than they are now.
