This is the most ghetto place i ever been to they slow rude all in one they talk on the phone while there helping you just down right rude never coming back to this place they so damn slow and the loan process makes no sense you do it on line and d have to still wait in the store over a hour before they complete it this sucks paying them off and never never never coming back

You have hard workers at this sight anyone can see that, and they deal with all types of people. But sometime we as people get to relax with a work sight we forget friendly customer service, like HELLO SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MOMENT, and THANKS FOR WAITING HOW CAN WE HELP YOU TODAY, GOOD MORNING, GOOD EVENING, ext ext ext.( Plus don't let the tv make you loose focuse.) remember, you never know who your next boss may be. You have all walks of life coming in. "Opportunities" never know who they may come through. Just put on your work smile and help make someone day. The Worst Experience.... Only around neighborhoods that is predominantly black-cultured, do you see one attendant available for 10 people on like e waiting more than 20 minutes.... And to overhear the other people expecting this type of services, IS DISGUSTING and DISRESPECTFUL.... Hire more quality TALENT instead of trashy convenience... I will find out the ownershipof this establishment for better strategic planning and management!!!!
