Stay away from this place!!!! The customer service is the worse. I will never step foot in that place again.

I've used their ATM many times in the past as it is the closest neighborhood bank in my area. Today I got cash out here (paid their surcharge) and then stood in line to get quarters. I'm a PhD student from out of town, so my credit union is not available here. They refused to exchange $20 that I got out of their own ATM for quarters, because I didn't have an account with them. I paid the surcharge, it was their own $20 and I waited for service, but they refused. It just seems like a stingy and disrespectful practice when exchanging for quarters is not a loss for them.
