Customer service has its ups and downs. Came in on a Saturday to open an account, the rep couldn't figure out how to log into her own system for about 20 minutes. She never figured it out. Came back Monday, only person in the bank, 4 people in their offices with no customers, they made me sit and wait for 15 minutes, but the lady who helped me was really good this time.
