these people are rude unprofessional and i would never do business with them. after trying for a loan i was pretty much laughed at when i was denied and they hung up on me. wells fargo is the way to go. i was approved a loan and they worked with me 100%

These guys are straight crooks, i don't how they sleep at night, they prey on the people that are in need of assistance, they will constantly contact you trying to get you to renew or start a new loan. Just dyin to rip off another customer. I say buck first rranklin and there employees that have no respect or morales.

These people are ridiculous. Tried to file for a collateral loan and put up a vehicle a big screen and a laptop. They offered me 500 dollars. I told them no that that was not worth it to me and then she questioned me saying that makes them feel like we wouldnt pay back the loan. Very disrespectful.. i had to walk out because her attitude was making me furious
