Before I arrived at Drive Time, I had been to two other dealerships. I was completely frustrated by the experience. But service at Drive Time made it all go away. My sales representative, Mr. D.L. Howard apologized to me for my previous experience. Then he patiently worked with me, even though I had a bad attitude. He was still understanding and respectful. He did not give up on me. I didn't get a car that day; however .they stayed in touch and let me know of changes in their inventory. So today Mr. Howard made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. I'm a happy customer today.
