Very unprofessional! I was shopping for a car and a dealership recommended CSRA. I was told 4 different things by 4 different loan officers. They gave me the run around and I never understood why I was turned away. My credit is fine but my I guess they didn't like my bf skin colour. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY SUCK

Today I tried to apply for a Visa from within my account. There is no menu item for it. You have to know to choose "apply for a loan". Then is said I don't have an email associated with my account (which I do). When I put in my email it says it's already taken. So I call the CU and they can't help me. They can't connect me to somebody who can but gave me a number for web site support. After a 20 minute wait (because of website issues), I get a woman who's ESL is barely understandable, and she didn't seem to understand my problem, saying that she needed a credit card number, which of course I didn't have. I'm thinking of changing banks.

I went to this location 4 times to open up a checking and savings account for my mom and myself. The 3rd time I was able to open up my accounts. I went back the 4th time to close my account. They had the nerve to charge me $5.00 for an account that I had for 24 hours only. For all the inconvenience they should have given me more than that. The 3rd time my mom and I were at this location we were there for 3 hours and still did not get her account opened. I do NOT recommend even thinking about coming to this credit union.
