They are BULLSHIT! Do NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! THEIR FEES FOR THE YEAR TOTAL UP DOUBLE HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM! IT WILL BE THE WORST DECISION OF THE YEAR I PROMISE YOU! THIS IS MY FIRST TIME WRITING A BAD REVIEW ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEY DESERVE IT!

I just wanted to show my appreciation to Cost Plus for helping my business recently. I have worked with Cost Plus for about 2 years now and recently we had an outage on our credit card machine due to a storm. I was turning away customers because I couldn't accept any payment! I called Cost Plus and within 2 hours, their technician Matt was at my business and replaced the terminal. Thank you guys so much!

Cost plus have really impressed me in the few months I have been with them. They made my switch so easy and have followed through on all of their promises. I have had difficulty finding a solid company to help me and my business but I have finally found a strong team here at cost plus

Cost Plus Processing shows a wonderful example on what true customer service should be like. They never keep me on hold, they always call me back, and they always do their absolute best to provide me with answers for all my questions. Not to mention, they blew my other rates out of the water!!! I couldn't recommend them enough! Phil the CEO treats you like family, and so does his employee's.

We have been with Cost Plus for many years and plan to for many more if they continue to have the same customer service and professionalism they have shown us. They have gone above and beyond what was anticipated. Of course we were hesitant as most are when approached by a "salesperson". We are SO glad we took the time to sit down with them. It has saved us much more time and, best of all, more money. We definitely recommend you taking the time to do the same.
