Fifth Third Bank & ATM in Alpharetta, GA

Horrible customer service and clueless untrained staff. Stopped at this branch to get a money order but that turned into an hour long ordeal involving two tellers who clearly did not know what they were doing. So they give me a money order with the wrong amount on it after I told them like 3 times how much it should be for. I caught it and told them it was wrong then they issue another money order which is correct. So I think everything is fine until I leave the branch and check my account online. My account now shows a negative balance because these 2 tellers have entered 3 debit entries in the system for 1 money order! They ruin my acct and the money won't be back in my acct until the next day. Huge inconvenience was supposed to get a call from one of the tellers with an update after issue was resolved and never got that call. I called and talked to one teller who of course gives me an attitude for no reason at all. Very disappointing and a huge inconvenience for this to happen on a Friday. Will not be going back to this branch ever! Please 5/3 train these tellers so they know what to do and not make simple math errors that inconvenience the customer.

Terrible branch. Atm ate my debit card. Left me an hour from home needing to get an uber home because it was after hours. Called the following morning and was told I'd get a call back when the atm teller came in. Told it would be a week to get a new card or drive fifty miles from my house to retrieve mine within lousy business hours.
