I love this bank. Only thing I don't like is that the bank isn't nationwide. My saving account for 18 years and checking for 11 years. I had a problem on time with the customer service department on the 1-800 number. Even through they keep putting my money in the wrong account but online banking is the best because I can transfer the money..

I love my bank. But the wire tranfer to another bank charges on both ends. $15 Bucks each. Then you have to have another bank because this bank is not nation wide. And sometimes that is a head ache. They are very friendly. The staff is always on point.

I used Doco when I lived in the Albany area, and kept the account when I relocated. I drove 3 hours to Albany this morning and decided to handle some business at Doco while I'm here. After patiently waiting for about 20 minutes in line at the drive through, I pull up and there is no pen to fill the form out with. I kindly ask the teller for a pen, she says we don't have any, I scrambled through my vehicle searching for a pen trying not to hold up the line any longer, I can't find one so I ask again and another teller respond's that they don't have any pens. I say mam you mean to tell me that no one in there has a pen I can use, they answer no and inform me that I can go to the Lee County location. I'm appalled at this behavior because for one, I know that someone in there had a pen and for two just treat people how you would like to be treated. I know that I should have had a pen as well, but I just have never had any thing like this happen to me because most businesses especially banks can provide customers with pens when they request one. But just so we don't have any issues in the future. I'm going to kindly drive over to the Lee County branch and close out the account. I'll save them and myself the hassle.
