Ameris Bank has improved their software and now purchases show up much quicker.

Had issues since they switched me over from Bank of America. First they didn't switch my funds out from the other bank so it caused a overdraft and they wanted to charge me everyday without fixing their issue. And now I'm dealing with issues with them again. I deposited money in the ATM. For some reason the transaction was canceled and only a portion of my deposit was returned. I've been going up there and calling to get the rest only to be given the runaround. First they said they would email it and I'd get a call, no call. Then they said they had to count the cash, no call. Then they claim they spoke to the wrong bank on the eastside when I clearly gave them the 2627 address on Dawson. Then I went there and spoke to an Ingrid. She promised she'd look at the cameras and call me back that night and if not, I could call her extension and get her that morning. Guess what, no call and when I called, she never returned my call. I tried calling the manager and oh, I'm not surprised. No answer. I left a message. Another surprise, no return call. I'm at the point of calling the police on them, because they have literally stolen my money. And then calling BBB on them as well. They really do suck!!!

I absolutely despise this bank. Never had an issue with bank of America, NEVER.

The worst experience ever with a bank. Just don't even know where fo start complaining. From the first day it's been one incident after another and NO ONE RETURNS CALLS
