Since day one Trinity has won me over. I am so excited to see my results for this month. I started in August and went from a 587 credit score to a 690 in just 1 month! WOW. Now they are sending out my second round of disputes and all I can do is be more excited than before. Trinity rocks!

I learned of Trinity Enterprise credit repair from a Chase bank employee. He specifically recommended Account Manager Nicole Pierce. I called Ms Pierce at which time she guided me through the process of repairing my credit. With in one month my score increased over a hundred points. I can't say enough wonderful things about Account Manager Nicole Pierce she is truly a tremendous asset to Trinity Enterprises .

I signed up with Damaris Diaz at Trinity Enterprises in February 2015. I had over 15 negative items on my credit reports. Up front, I was given the realistic goal of removing 5-10 items. I've spent $900 with Trinity over the last 18 months and they were able to remove at least 10 items, and my current credit score is approximately 100 points higher. I think it was well worth it.

My first experience with Trinity was successful and I felt like they were working hard to help me realize my goals. I have recently used them again and was very disappointed. I received a total of three responses from the credit bureaus acknowledging a change in address. I saw a median increase of 7.6 points across all three credit reporting agencies, and that was likely due to me paying down income to debt ratio. To my knowledge, this is the only work done on my behalf. When I contacted my representative with Trinity on multiple occasions she repeatedly asked me to set an alert in my phone to call her back between the hours of 11-4:30 or 5pm. When I emailed I got no replies. A customer service rep called me to ask what I needed. When I told her I wanted a copy of my initial credit report and to know if my representative received the emails I sent with replies from the credit agencies, she told me she would have to follow up and get back with me. She never did. When I attempted to discuss my account with my agent the last time, said she was too busy to communicate progress, that is what customer service is for, and that I didn't have enough negatives to see a big change. She could have told me that when we discussed my goals and concerns prior to paying for services that she knew she couldn't deliver. I will never use or recommend this company again. Spend your hard earned money with a company that wants and needs your business.

My husband and I would like to thank you and your team for a job well done on credit report. Because of your services we were able to purchase our first newly built home. We moved in on our 6yr Wedding Anniversary November 14th 2015. The process was a little discouraging at first but once we truly understood how it all worked we couldn't be happier.
