I have been using this branch since 92. One thing they never are is efficient, slow, slow, slow. At least you can nap in your car if you wait in the drive tru.

I had the worst customer service there. I will never go back to that location again.

Can you believe the only issue I have is that they will deactivate your debit card without notifying you before hand, they say they can't call everyone but they're plenty of companies that has automatic notifications for their customers!

Not even a banking customer but had to go in there twice in one day for a cash advance and they were very warm and friendly.

Normally I have a very good experience with this branch but this is a "one-off" I had to acknowledge. I went to the drive-thru with the intention of depositing a check in my account. I drove up to the window and the teller was assisting another customer in the outer lane - she never welcomed me when I drove up and it took a while before she open the draw for my deposit. Meanwhile the draw still stayed open and she was asking the other person questions about a check that he may have been depositing himself. After waiting unnecessarily I took back my deposit and left - this whole episode almost made me late for work. As for the deposit I had to come back and use the ATM - a much better experience. Is something like this standard procedure? If so, it's not a good practice for someone who has an account with Fairwinds.
