Wells Fargo Bank in Wellington, FL

All the people here is so nice. Better than people from Chase.

Please do not go to this wells fargo. I have only been twice and will not be returning. Every time I go there the money I'm depositing end up short. I can't see over the high counters and I did have the same lady teller on both occasions. This only happens at this bank. When i complained to the manager and told him I saw the lady open her draw and put something in. He told me it's part of their work process and she has been a teller for 20 years. It must be some coincidence that on the two occasions I have been there depositin the same amount of money it turns up less. This never happened at any other branch but this one. Beware they are stealing your money. Funny enough he couldn't even go through the cameras!

This is the worst Wells Fargo out there. I recommend NOT using this one and use another location. This is the only Wells Fargo I have been in that won't greet you at the door. I needed to speak to a banker and nobody greeted me, I stood there over 5 minutes till I approached someone. And when I meet the bank manger he was incompetent. He was actually one of the staff that looked at me and said nothing as I walked in and waited to be acknowledged. They said they couldn't clear my overdraft fee and I knew they could. The bank manager said pretty much suck it up and pay it. I left and went to a Boynton Beach location and they cleared it up for me. By far the worst experience I ever had at a bank. NEVER GO TO THIS BANK
