Don't listen to the automated system if you are a share branch user. Drive through for bank account holders only. Horrible customer service.

I find this credit union's indoor service outstanding. The drive up service is abysmal. They are way too slow! Other than that, I am very happy to be a member with them.

Horrible customer service. After 16 years of being a loyal customer, my mother in laws check from a life insurance company was placed on a hold. The branch manager was not compassionate and did not show any empathy. She blatantly refused to offer any assistance. Honestly, she showed more concern for the Caucasian man waiting. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
