We never thought the customer service we receive as a small business at a corporate bank would as great as it is at this location. Jay & Brenda work with us one on one on a regular basis to help our company grow. If we have a problem everyone at this branch addresses it quickly and professionally to ensure our day to day transactions are not slowed down by the bank. When we need additional paperwork from old accounts or copies made to send to other vendors they have them ready within a few hours if not a few minutes. They understand that we don't always have time to sit and wait for them during a busy day and have prepared paperwork for us over the phone and its a simple in and out once we are there! The people at this branch are a vital asset to Wells Fargo and I hope as a company they see this review and know the ONLY reason our company continues to use them is strictly because of the people at this branch!
