You can't call this bank up. When you do at their local phone number, you will receive a recorded message during regular business hours with only one option which is for Fifth Third employees. I think I will take my business elsewhere!

I like that you can either call the 800 number and check your account on the phone OR call the your bank directly and actually talk to a person. AND I don't have to punch in a million things or account number just to talk to someone quickly. It is so much more personal that way. With my old bank I had to punch in my account number, go through their system and punch in this number or that number just to try to talk to someone. And when they came on.. I had to give them my account number again. Fifth third. I have a question on my account, I call my bank location directly and talk to someone within seconds and have my questions answered in no time. The way banking Should be done. My only complaint has been they charged me when I miscalculated for a deposit. That was harsh and not worth 10 dollars in my opinion. And yet, it has been an easy to use bank and the two locations I use always have friendly people who remember me. I like the personal feel.

5/3 on Jacaranda in Venice has the best staff. I can walk in and talk with Joann any time. You can make deposits through ATM some banks do not have that. They have always been supportive, and the best thing is the Identity Alert they provide.
