Don't try to even call them for help. You will spend your whole day on the phone without ever talking to a person, just press 1 for this or press 2 for that with an endless runaround with robots. The whole structure is set up for frustration and failure.

Tried calling several times and could not get a customer service rep. It's not even on option on the list of offices. Will be switching to another CU as I hate bad service.

Tried to call was on the phone for over 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. That is horrible customer service!!!!!!

Just switched after 42 years of banking with them. Used to be a great place to bank, not anymore. Three members of my family have left also. Customer service is awful and mistakes are common.
