Wells Fargo Bank in Saint Petersburg, FL

For the most part, the tellers are on the ball. Other times, i've been asked "what my business is" when i make large cash deposits, probably because of the Feds wanting to turn tellers into snitches via "KYC" policies. This location is a pain in the arse to exit from unless you are making a right out of the place with out having to get over and U-turn or make a left. It's awfully close to the corner of two really busy roads

Most sorry bank ever they take money from your account and it is true it was all on the news wish I can give them 0 star.

Not sure what's going on with this branch...the last two times I went into the bank, I was in a line that was about 15 people long, with wait times exceeding 25 mins. While I understand that Fridays and Saturdays are busy days, I did not understand why there was a woman marching around, both times, asking people how they were, peering over teller's shoulders, and standing around like there was nothing to be done. What was she there for? I am sure she is some type of manager, but any job I have been at has had a manager or supervisor that would jump in when there were delays. Yet, all this woman did was clack around and say things like "Do you need a teller? Hop in line, we will be right with you!" and "Thank you for your patience, we'll get to ya in a minute." , which are not things that people want to hear when they are waiting to access one of the three tellers you have (some seemed to be in training) on two of your busiest days. I tend to do the drive up tellers, as I am at work when the bank opens and closes, but sometimes, there are things to go in for, and 20 mins, 15 people deep on a busy day with a few tellers is not acceptable. Another question I have is why the bankers can't assist with anything? They all stand around behind the glass and watch, but don't lend a hand? Asinine. I must say, though, I do have a very nice banker, there. Only reason for two stars.

Went inside to cash a check.. there was over a dozen people in line inside, and over half a dozen in the drive thru. Took over 20 min to cash a single check... I work in service and whenever we know it will be busy, we have all hands on deck, not the case here. 8 windows, 3 tellers.
