Grow Financial Federal Credit Union: St. Petersburg Store in Saint Petersburg, FL

Been with Grow ever since it used to be M acDill CU. The service there has not skipped a beat. They care about their customers and their issues immediately. They treat you on a personal level in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I have never had a problem with the atm's (depositing or withdrawal) unless it's out of money. Also the photo depositing for checks is great. They all are there to help with any and all issues to get the most out of your banking experience. Thank you Grow Financial for being the best institution in the area.

Screw this place took a 70-point hit on my credit score because they couldn't pick up a phone. Would be zero if possible.

Is there an actual phone number to this place?! I can't find a way to call this branch directly to save my life and the phone tree the corporate number sends you through has got to be the most unhelpful and frustrating thing I've ever encountered. I just want to speak with someone from this branch! Why is that such a difficult task?!

How hard is it to get a card replaced!? Seemingly impossible. They have my address and email. But can't seem to get a replacement card to me for 2 months. Getting a hold of a person on the phone could help but no. Not an easy option. BYE BYE Grow!
