If you are selling a house and the buyer is using this company, stay away! This company issued a "prequalification letter" stating that the buyer was pre-approved for a loan without verification of documents. Needless to say, the loan was not approved and I had to re-list my home for sale. This was after booking a moving company, renting a home in my new (out of state) city, and making arrangement for a jew job start date! Do not use this company for any reason!!!

I have suggested Jill Sullivan at The Mortgage Firm for my clients over the past two years and she always comes through. She stays on top of the buyers to make sure all questions are answered and she has approved clients for more than other mortgage companies.
