Hard times makes jobs like this rough. I come to the window with a joke or at least a bud attitude & am always greeted friendly & yet professionally. You usually get wat u give from customer service people

Soooo slow waited 20 min for change

This bank and branch are the worst! I order check from the teller and they gave me checks with the wrong account number on them. Because of this my rent check bounced and I incurred fees of $290.00. When I talked to them about the issues they admitted fault, even wrote me a letter saying it was their fault, however they refuse to credit my account for their mistake. All they do is say that they have no ability to give me back my money. I have already set up a meeting with the my military legal department so that we can start to pursue legal action for this. I have never been treated this poorly in my life. Whatever you do stay away from this bank. They do not care about their customers you are just a number to them.
