They are a bunch of jokes. They do nothing to fix the problem with the customer.

I paid some outstanding accounts August 2013. It is now a year later and they still appear on my credit score. I have been calling them relentlessly to have it removed and they always promised to send it out on the next batch the following week. I call now and they are no longer in business, What a joke. Try getting the Credit bureau to remove it when the company no longer exists. They don't seem to understand they are a private business, not a government agency of any kind, yet they do everything to slow the process damaging peoples credit in the process.
