Wells Fargo Bank in Riverview, FL

This place is by far the worst bank EVER!!! If you have a problem with any banking be prepared for it to take WEEKS for the problem to get fixed. I tried to open an account and have had nothing but problems since day one. And still waiting to get all my money back 2 weeks later. WORST BANK EVER DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This bank must be a joke. I looked at the reviews, pretty $hitty arent they...I called on numerous occasion to speak to someone. No one picked up, ended up calling another WF, where they actually answer the phone.

If I could give a negative star I would. Worst customer service ever experienced! NO one answers the phone! It transfers over to Hadji in India who doesn't understand the nuances of the english language. Nothing could be more frustrating than a foreigner that knows nothing about American speech only enough to pronounce some words and spout off from a scripted list of answers like a robot and doesn't have the common courtesy to stop speaking when someone else is trying to explain to them what the situation is. This bank is right up the street from my house but I will NEVER open an account with them. In fact I'm now taking my IRA accounts with Wells Fargo and transferring them. So very frustrated! This branch sucks!!!

Slow, slow, slow on the inside. 2 tellers and 11 customers. Wound up going through side through faster than the time it took me to wait inside. Good thing teller at drive through was pleasant and helpful.

Jennifer Espe the manager has gone above and beyond for me several times to solve problems quickly and efficiently. She is very knowledgeable and extremely good at rewarding good customers for their business. I wish More bankers I've dealt with in my 76 years were like Jennifer. I highly recommend you take your business to her.
