Wells Fargo Bank in Plant City, FL

I love Wells Fargos convenience but this branch can get ridiculously busy. In my first month using this branch they deposited money in the wrong account, missed a form when opening my account, and repeatedly gave wrong info. I try to visit this branch as rarely as possible.

Never reviewed but I think I should now..so, bf (while back) reached his max for withdrawal from the atm, not a problem, we go inside and wait like 30mins since it was on a Friday.. Withdraws the hundred, but instead of doing the next transaction inside (depositing that cash into MY account) we being kind, decide to go to the atm to deposit, the line was loong inside and we didn't wAnt to be those ppl that make everyone wait, so we drive up to the atm try to deposit and it kept giving us back the bill, weird... I wouldn't be lying if I told you I tried putting the bill in like 10x UNTIL I finally questioned its authenticity, and my gosh, I put it up to the light, no face watermark , IT WAS A FAKE!! I swear that from inside that bank, We drove straight to the atm, the same branch drive-thru even!! And With the same bill and only bill I got. I go back in and I'm not angry or rude, more surprised that a bank issued a fake, I explain what just happened and the same lady that attended me (blond one usually attends drive thru customers) and she was offended and she denied me a refund 2x saying IT'S MY RESPONSIBILITY to verify my bills before exiting the branch, at that moment I stopped trying to be civilized and responded back, she then agreed "to this one time exchange" LONG STORY SHORT- verify your bills before exiting, I've been with Wells Fargo since Wachovia days, since 2008 and never has this happened until I got to this branch. They don't and won't mark your bills (like with that marker cashiers use) but they can run them again, cashiers hate to do it and will normally ask why you want them checked (I've been asked once by like 3 different ppl) but I give them this same long story and always look towards the blond chick when saying it.

I wish I didn't have to give them one star. This bank is horrible! My son moved here from California and was going in to this branch to close his account. We found out that during the process of moving that he had accrued 2 NSF charges. I know it is up to the bank to waive any fees and sometimes they will waive at least one. But not this bank, they don't seem to care about your hard earned money. He got hit with (2) $35 charges on top of the $10 monthly fee and $12.50 fee to transfer money from his savings to cover one of the overdraft charges. So basically he was charged almost a hundred dollars when using his debit card, which makes absolutely no sense because the transaction should not go through if there is not money to cover it!! The clerk, Debbie was not helpful at all. I know they could have at least waived one of the fees, but since he was closing his account they didn't seem to care. I love my credit union they will waive NSF fees when they occasionally happen, they have no monthly fees, free ATMs, and lower fees than most banks!

Sat 2nd in line to make a money transfer, wasted an entire hour of my life and my entire lunch break, had to leave before I could make the transfer.
