We just bought our first home using a VA loan with Florida Mortgage Firm. Our Loan Officer Toni Simonds Raulerson was so friendly and helpful. She thoroughly explained every step of the process. I was never left to wonder what was going on as everyone there was great when it came to communication. I don't think our home owning dreams would have come true without everyone at Florida Mortgage Firm's hard work. We are truly forever grateful. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a home.

Regrets, Regrets, Regrets!!!!.... My only regret was that I didn't go see them sooner. I was referred to another company by my relator. We first started the process in October of 2016 .. this nightmare continued for 4months and I was about to give up. A friend told me about Stephanie Grassi and I thought I would give it try. My realtor was in agreement and we went together. I couldn't believe how wonderful they were! They were not only professional, they were fast , they didn't ask me for the same papers over 4-5 times like the other company and addressed all of my question when ever I called. Stephanie even gave me her cell number just in case I had questions or concerns and needed to keep in contact. Her team was 100% top notch. No joke. I feel like I can't say enough wonderful things about this company❤. The other company even required me to put a large down payment but not FM... I put NOTHING down. And what the other guys couldn't do in 4 months Stephanie Grassi did in what would have been less than 30 days if it wasn't for the weekend and President's day. We are now home owners and count this as one of the best moments in our lives. The Noria family❤

Closed on our home 3/17/2017 and by far it was the best experience from a mortgage company hands down. Scott was available by phone/Text and email any time. The document collection process was seem less and the amount they told us we needed to close was spot on. If your looking to purchase a home Florida Mortgage Firm should be your first call.
