This is definitely the best bank/credit union ever! Went in today, they opened the door for me. Asked me if I wanted coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while I waited to open an account. Hot Chocolate is very delicious by the way! The staff was really awesome and friendly. They answered any questions I had. Made me feel at home while waiting by constantly handing out handy brochures and assuring me someone would be right with me. Left with a smile, a savings, and checking account opened. Definitely will return again. Bank of America has some competition because I might fully switch to Achieva. Would give 10/5 stars if I could!

I have good experience with them for my personal account but their cc are not competitive as they used to be

Takes 30 minutes to get money out of the ATM. They removed it from the location and added it to the drivethrough so you have to wait in line behind 10 cars to access it. Ridiclious

Went there to get an auto loan, applied the first day the banker told me she would get back to me that day but I had to call her back the next day. Then she would take hours away from her desk at least that what the receptionist told me. I then tried to go threw there loans department and they told me I was obligated to stay with my original banker who was neglecting her responsibilities, after all this I spoke to a manager he said he would work as quickly as possible to get a response yet I still was not contacted till the next day only to be informed that the entire process was waste of time due to the fact I had a credit hit from my student loans and they refused to take a letter of forbearance even though the company explained to me that it was efficient for what they were asking.
