I became a Wells Fargo customer about two years ago, when I purchased my first home. I continue to deal with the same representative from the Boot Ranch location now, as I did then. Leila Rork was very professional, and incredibly helpful in establishing my accounts, and recently assisting in an alternative way to most efficiently pay my mortgage. She is an outstanding asset to this branch, and Wells Fargo Bank, as a whole.

Went in to discuss my account at the boot ranch location. The account manager was rude & talked down to me like I was a child. Never even helped offer a solution to my original issue. I will never walk into another Wells Fargo.

Awesome bank

While they were very nice, the woman who helped me was too busy trying to get me to sign up for a credit card or talk about my mortgage to actually cancel the debit card I was worried had fraudulent activity on it. I had to call wells later that night when I noticed charges still going through and was told that while a new card was ordered, the old one hadn't been cancelled (which was the entire reason I went in).

Very rude, not knowledgeable in their job duties, with little to no customer service skills. I have numerous accounts with this bank both personal and business, and have been using them under one bank name or another for over 25 years. I went to have one piece of paper notarized with my signature. The girl who waited on me rather rudely refused to do it because all of the pages weren't present. I have been a notary longer than she has been alive - all I wanted was a signature validation, not a document testament. The manager came out and was just as rude and dismissive, and made no effort to even offer to double check to see if they were mistaken (which they were-I double checked when I got back to my office). I will maintain my relationship with the bank, but I will never go in this branch again. I actually then went to my branch at Coral Landings and I was in and out in three minutes with a notarized document.
