Again and again, I am locked out of my online account because their security system keeps failing to recognize my home computer. Worse, the challenge questions are not ones I have chosen nor have the answer to. They used to have weekend customer service, so I could call and get access to my account. That feature has been disconnected. I'm pulling out my money and moving it elsewhere.

I've been banking with McCoy Federal Credit Union more then twenty - five years. For various reasons I've had additional accounts at other banks and I've not found any of them to compare to the great service I get at McCoy. The Chickasaw Branch is very convenient, has great customer service and I don't have to wait in long lines inside or the drive thru. Their fees and charges, if they apply to you are way less then other banks. McCoy is the best.

McCoy federal credit union is okay, they do get very busy and are not as up to date on their website as they should be.

Horrible experience, it took me more than 1 hours for a platform rep to assist me. Only one team member is available for almost 2 hours just because the other two team members are doing a task inside the safe deposit vault. Never put operations task in front of the customers service experience. There is a big lack of management decisions in this location. Moving to another bank.
