I've been with them for over 10 years. Great Bank!

Unable to resolve a simple problem after multiple calls to attempt to correct it. I receive calls on my cell re: a MCCoy customer account, but I am not a customer. I've provided the name of the customer and my phone number in an effort to stop the calls, but no luck. In fact, the rep said "There is nothing I can do." Very frustrating.

Wish I can give negative 5 honestly they cancelled my card and charged me for money I did not receive. I told them that my boyfriend went to the ATM for me twice to get money out and he never got it. At the ATM they claim I took 80 when I took only 40 they suck the worst bank ever they also told me they will decide if I get a card or not because I gave permission to my guy to use my card that I am aware of. Smh I'm most definitely paying bank of America bak and getting an account cause mccoy suck. The only thing I will use them for is FREE MONEY

Really poor customer service. Online services have problems contantly and the interface and features are decades behind other banking services. Availability of services is pretty bad with not being open on Saturdays, even services that should be available to help with stolen or frozen card.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and kind.
