Trustco Bank in Orange City, FL

This bank has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. They are rude, impolite and unprofessional. They are unable to provide information to customers about lending guidlines and procerdures. This bank also lacks lending policies and procedures that are fair in todays current market. If you have ever had a bankruptcy no matter how long ago you are denied, they will not even take your application. They just try to run you out of the branch as quickly as possible. They are discriminating against less than perfect people. There regional bosses are not any better. There poor service practices must have been passed to one another during training. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.
