I feel like I took one up the backside. This dealership should be investigated for predatory practices. They got us a great deal on a NEW KIA. After having the car for two weeks they called us back to the dealership to tell us the loan they pursued did not go through and we had to sign a different loan, at $100 more a month, or surrender the car. My wife was nearly in tears. The wonderful experience of a new car has been soured with resentment. Shop someplace else. These people are predators.

Byron seamlessly transitioned to help us after the person whom we asked for explained he was busy for another twenty minutes or so. Questions were answered and information was given cheerfully without pressure and I soon found myself very comfortably test driving a perfectly chosen Optima. The color was attractive, the interior was very friendly and comfortable, and the ride was substantial, yet very fluid. The route chosen gave a wide range of maneuvers allowing me to be completely convinced I would have no problem giving up my Lexus, which I did, without driving another car. The negotiations went smoothly, meeting the GM, and the Service Manager, who listened, as well as were very clear and direct. I marvel at the process of completing the sale and transfer of vehicle. I am now enjoying my new Optima, wowing my friends, and learning all the special high tech safety and special features.

Our KIA Sales Representative, Robert Nolan, was excellent! We very much appreciated how he answered every question we had for him in detail to us from the safety features to how to open the trunk. None of our many questions were too trivial or went unanswered. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Robert. Never pushy.. very friendly.. and a very nice person. Would highly recommend Jenkins Kia. We love our new 2016 KIA Sorento!
