BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! If I had the option to give this scam a minus 10 star rating that still would not be enough. "Company" is not the proper word used to describe a scam such as this. Please allow me to save you the time, trouble, money and stalking they offer their customers. Scam Details: 1) Get a quick easy loan like they say. I.e. You get a 3k loan. You pay the monthly payment ($200.00 mo.) for 2 years you still owe 3k in full. Basically you will never pay the loan off! 2) They claim they report each monthly payment to credit bureau as if the entire loan was paid in full thus leading the potential customer to believe they are improving their credit score the longer they keep the loan open. (See the Hook in the water yet?) NOTE: They report NOTHING, please understand that this is a part of the sales catch they use to trick you into accepting the loan. 3) They love to request payment prior to due date on Holidays even to the point of coming to your home unannounced hassling people who have nothing to do with the loan or the company. I.e On Thanksgiving their office is closed but customers bill happens to be due on Thanksgiving, instead of waiting until the day following the holiday they prefer to start stalking you the customer weeks in advance requesting payment because they are closed. WOW! 4) Stalking, really stalking! They will go as far as coming to your home in person, sending multiple different people on weekends, late at night, even to the point harassing your guest who have nothing to do with the loan. TAKE NOTE: When asked to leave your private property they will bluntly refuse. This will happen time after time unless you threaten to call the cops then they seem to run. (WONDER WHY?) 5) Customer gives up! After you request they take possession of item used take out the loan. I.e. A 2nd vehicle, again they refuse to take possession and will continue still stalk you, friends, family, home guest etc on a daily basis via phone and in person. (AKA Stalking) We are currently reporting all our finding to the better business bureau and other State Departments, as well as considering filing criminal and or civil changes of stalking , harassment, violation of dept collection State statues against New Port Richey Branch, General Manager Frank A Piccolo If you are an unsatisfied customer who fell for this scam like my disabled wife did who might have additional information that would be helpful to final proper complaints I would love to chat.

The staff was very helpful and polite. I would say look at your options if your credit is good and you might be able to find better offers, but for me this place worked out, and like I said, the staff was very good to me.

This place is a joke. Was denied for a loan because of the milage on my car. Not only was I denied for a loan but the women handling the loan process walks around like shes too good for the place and will never once make eye contact. Every word out of her mouth was followed with an attitude and silent wisperes that she thinks no one esle can hear. Not only was my 2005 denied because of millage but the women sitting next to me was allotted 800 and some odd dollars for her beat up 1997 piece of junk that sounded like it was on its last breath. Don't go here and do yourself a favor and just keep researching you options. I just received 10 dollars less then what I was asking for by a more creditable loam company who treated me like a real person and had some real customer service skill.

Janelle is the nicest person there but tuff. What can you say, it's a fast loan place so they gonna maker it hard to keep your vehicle. We've been paying on a $2000 loan over 2 years. Prob paid $6000 back tho!

I got the loan I needed with bad credit. It's a loan with interest so it's like a credit card. Pay $1 extra and it takes down the principal. Take out around what you will get during taxes. My payment had a miscalculation and they worked with me on it and it was for the first payment. If you can't afford it don't get it or if you have good credit, look around. I agree that some aspects of customer service could be improved. Yet remember they're working with a very hard crowd at the same time. I have NO income, crap credit, and had a cosigner that they didn't make me change the title on my title to get the loan, and STILL gave me a loan! I am grateful they did, even with not the greatest attitudes but hey look at the people they deal with.
