We tried to start a checking account today. The first two ladies were nice and let us know when we were missing needed paperwork that we needed to have certain things, yet nobody let us know we HAD to have a certain kind of paperwork in order to open the account. When we went back the second time, the lady who came to get us told us she'd be right back, after which we saw her outside talking on her cell phone!!!!! Then she came in, took our paperwork, and left without saying a word. A few minutes later she came back and told us rudely that we had to have a different kind of paperwork....no apologies, no acknowledgement of missed communication, nothing. We will take our business elsewhere. What a rude place!!
