Achieva Credit Union in New Port Richey, FL

We tried to start a checking account today. The first two ladies were nice and let us know when we were missing needed paperwork that we needed to have certain things, yet nobody let us know we HAD to have a certain kind of paperwork in order to open the account. When we went back the second time, the lady who came to get us told us she'd be right back, after which we saw her outside talking on her cell phone!!!!! Then she came in, took our paperwork, and left without saying a word. A few minutes later she came back and told us rudely that we had to have a different kind of paperwork....no apologies, no acknowledgement of missed communication, nothing. We will take our business elsewhere. What a rude place!!

This is my place to do all my banking and when you run into situations that you can't control the staff are great they think of you like family . thank you to all my friends at Achevia credit union. Thank you for all you do.
