Pen Air Federal Credit Union in Milton, FL

Would have given five stars until the remodel of the inside and the complete change of the drive though. No longer have any privacy when dealing with a teller on the inside. Have no clue how to use the drive thru windows as there are no instructions and they look more like an ATM machine. I'll only use the ATM machine at this location and if I want privacy or use a drive thru window that I can see a teller and not try to figure out some new machine. Completely confusing at the drive thru machines the first and only time I went to one I thought they had changed all the machines into ATM machines. The blinds are down so you no longer have a teller to look at when making a transaction. If this is going to happen to the rest of your locations then I will be changing to another credit union or bank. Besides the fact that this credit union doesn't seem to cater to the customers on the eastern side of the county.

If you already bank here avoid the one on dogwood due to it having the worst customer service. Incompetent tellers who are absolutely useless and very arrogant managers there as well. Do not bank here if you are looking for a reliable bank...Navy Federal is right down the street.

Good bank if you like being lied to and hit with extra fees. I am done with Penair and would rather make the drive to use Eglin. At least Eglin treats me like they value my business. GOOD RIDDANCE

I come into a situation with a hold on my account due to some issues that were not my fault and should not have affected me. Mrs Jessica and Mrs Bea have worked and pulled as many strings as they could to help me. These two ladies showed care, consideration and compassion to my situation. They helped me as much as they could. Mrs Jessica went above and beyond her call of duty pulling as many strings as she could.
