The lady that helped me out (Liliana) talked really loudly. Everyone heard about my credit history and she was very condescending when I didn't take out the loan her way.

Terrible drive thru service .! Thinking of changing to Chase . When I called for an auto loan was not able to get through and I called for about 40 minutes no one picked up the phone .

I have banked at this "LOCATION" for more than 40 years since it was Southeast Bank then First Union then the disaster known as Wells Fargo acquired the Now I have had enough of the incompetence and rudeness of the Wells Fargo officers and thus the tellers who seem to care very little about service. I plan on moving my banking totally to Sun Trust which is just down the street but much nicer to do business with.

I honestly feel like giving this bank even one star is being too nice. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They have long conversations amongst each other while you wait for hours. No one will answer a phone call. They entirely lack knowledge of basic banking services and professional courtesy. I highly recommend making the drive to broward if you are opening an account because Hialeah can only be worse
